Kurset er på 32 lektioner/4 dage.

Forudsætninger: De første pladser går til jer med min. BKST 2 fra instituttet/eller det norske, samarbejde og folk med uddannelse i Polarity Therapy, terapeutisk healingsbaggrund eller noget tilsvarende træning.

Hvis du har biodynamisk træning fra andre undervisningssteder, så er du også meget velkommen.

Nogle af jer har spurgt til hvordan Jim arbejder og her kan der ses hans svar, da vi efterlyste lidt mere præcis beskrivelse.

“I know it's not so easy to get a sense of the work I do.

I combine it with Cranial.  I track the Tides while the client is telling me the story of their difficulties, and I can often help them connect to the mid and long tides while they are sitting.

Then, when we work on the table, the work goes much quicker, because they have already tuned in to their process. That might be the kind of work that would support your students´practice.“ 

Vi har længe talt om at ville invitere Jim Feil til DK, idet flere har efterlyst at få flere redskaber til at understøtte en verbalisering af BKST, hvis der opstår et behov for dette. De af jer som har deltaget på Michael Kerns kurser har oplevet et lille indblik i denne tilgang. Michael Kern har haft et samarbejde med Jim i flere år og det er der igennem vi har fået interesse i at invitere Jim til DK.

Dr. Jim Feil has over 45 years experience in energetic and somatic therapeutic practices and is a highly respected figure in the field. In 1970, he started his studies with Dr. Randolph Stone, the founder of Polarity Therapy, and is one of the few contemporary practitioners who is a direct student of Dr. Stone. He began studying Formative Psychology with Stanley Keleman in 1981 and went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in California in 1986. He has taught Craniosacral Biodynamics with Franklyn Sills and Michael Kern, and Pre- and Perinatal Therapy among other methodologies. He teaches internationally and specializes in using a range of verbal and body-oriented techniquees to resolve organic, somatic and psychological issues.
Jim beskriver kort sit arbejde med følgende:
The Formative Embodiment (FE) work is a method I developed, based extensively on the work of Stanley Keleman, to supplement and complement the Cranial table work. Some of the skills can be used when working on the table, but in principle it is a work done facing each other on chairs. Its interest to Cranial students is to provide them with a set of communication and inquiry skills into the stories and complaints clients bring to their practice. The briefest summary of the work is that it brings client stories, and the action inherent in their stories, into alignment with the Tides, or as Keleman calls it, the ¨Deep Pulse.¨ Many people connect with the mid-tide and the long tide as we do the FE session, so it provides another doorway into the Cranial principles.
It can give you tools to equip practitioners and clients with skills, forms and behaviours to competently and satisfactorily handle critical life situations.
This is a very effective language, both verbal and somatic, that helps to access the clients and our own deeper life processes.
There is no real understanding of our experience without direct listening to the body. FE evokes untapped bodily resources, organized around homeostasis, to support healing and competencies in life.
